Increase Energy Level After noon In The Office

Today, most of people are related to professional field. Their work time is fixed. And the most difficult time that makes you sleepy is afternoon that is 1pm to 4pm. Reason behind this they lose their energy level. Because of this, you can’t concentrate on your work.

If you are going to fitness center regularly then you remain active whole day. But if you have no time to go to fitness center then here you can get solution for this problem. If you are one of those people who experiences the after lunch 1pm to 4pm sleepy fatigued feeling that some office workers do, you may like to try some of these tips to help you increase energy and blood sugar to help get you through this particular part of the day.

Try eating a breakfast with more protein, instead of simple carbohydrates which your body will use up within a few hours. Use products such as whole grain cereals and breads, eggs, bacon or other meats and foods that allow a slow release of blood sugar throughout the day. You can try keeping some healthy snack foods at your desk or in the work place refrigerator. Eat them when you begin to feel tired and this may help raise your blood sugar level.

Other ways to help increase energy are to take a short walk of perhaps 15 minutes after eating your lunch. This helps to digest your food and gets your blood moving. Have a power sleep; this is a very short sleep of perhaps 10 to 15 minutes. Some people train their brain by looking at a clock and telling themselves to wake at whatever the time is 10 minutes later.

Doing some fast exercises that will help wake you up may be another option. Try running in one spot, jumping up and down or something else that will help to make you more alert. If you can make a time at some other part of the day to get some regular exercise to help with keeping fit, this can improve the body and help stop it from becoming sluggish.

If none of these things seem to work to increase energy and you simply cannot stay awake then resorting to an energy drink or a cup of coffee may help. You may find however that you will need another coffee or energy drink again sometime later as the effect of these beverages generally does not last for any length of time. It is probably a good idea to use these drinks as a last resort and try some of the other methods first.
